A $100 onboarding fee is due in full up front in order to con rm the rst session/intake and will automatically be charged to the credit card provided. If this session is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, there will be no refunds.

Fees for sessions will be billed monthly and automatically charged to the credit card provided on the 1st of the month for the previous month’s sessions unless otherwise arranged. Receipt of payment will be sent by email. Payment not received by the 12th of the month will incur a late fee of $25. Bills still outstanding by the 21st of the month will incur an additional fee of 3.5% + $.30. There is a $25 fee for any returned checks.

As the scheduling of an appointment involves reserving a speci c time for a client, a minimum of 24-hours is required for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. Cancellation is required by 5 p.m. Friday for a Monday appointment. Please be advised that all cancellations with LESS THAN 24-hour notice are subject to full session rate.

Illness: If you are sick, please notify us immediately. If there is less than 24-hour notice or the client arrives sick, we will terminate the session and charge a full session rate at our discretion.

We encourage you to call or email with concerns. Calls/conversations/emails that exceed 15 minutes will be billed at the prorated session rate.

Communications with allied professionals that exceed 15 minutes will be billed at the prorated session rate.

In signing these policies, you are bound to pay for services rendered and agree to keeping a credit card on le, which will be charged on the rst of each month for the previous month’s sessions.
